We highly recommend that all clients view property in person as you would when purchasing in the U.K. Unlike many other Bg estate agents we DO NOT charge either a joining fee or as it is now often call a non refundable holding fee and we do not charge the purchaser a commission (usually at least 4% of the gross purchase price). We do charge a flat fee of £50.00 per day for escorted viewing trips and this charge covers both transport and translation costs for the day, we also charge the seller a commission for finding the buyer and do not see the need to charge on both sides of the transaction as most Bg estate agents do.
